What is a Coupon?

A coupon or discount code is a computer-generated code, that offers discounts for online purchases on It may be a fixed discount, a percentage off, free shipping or other discount and can apply to a specific item or entire order. You can be offered a coupon via e-mail or find it placed within the website.

How can I use the Coupon?

In order to obtain a discount on your product/order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create an order and proceed to checkout;
  2. Enter the coupon code into a promotional box on the checkout page. Your discount will be applied to the product or the entire order.
  3. Complete your order.

Please NOTE:

Coupons must usually be activated within the specified promotional period to be valid for use. If your code is not working, contact the coupon code provider. The coupon may no longer be available.

Coupons cannot be combined unless otherwise specified; only 1 coupon can be used per order.

Coupons can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.

How do I manage my shipping / billing address?

Your shipping/billing addresses are managed on the registration page or My account → Editing profile. Make sure the shipping and billing addresses are equal. If not, complete the billing address form as well.

NOTE: Please, be attentive when completing the Shipping/ Billing address forms. Provide only real data and correct ZIP code.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. After you successfully ordered on and the order was sent, you can not change the shipping address.

What delivery options do you offer? Can I choose the most appropriate for me?

There are different delivery methods. By purchasing a product, the delivery method can be chosen by default, or you can choose a delivery method suggested. If there are any questions regarding the delivery procedure, always contact us first.

Do you offer Free shipping service?

Free shipping is not obligatory and can be offered for various products.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping destination and the Postal Services. The maximum time for your order delivery is 60 calendar days. For more detailed information regarding your order delivery time, please directly contact us via Message option in your account.

How do I track my order?

After the order is sent, a tracking number must be provided. You will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. You can track your order on the shipping company's website.
