How do I register as a Supplier?

Who can apply for a supplier account?

Vawoo.co.uk is open to reliable vape companies from the UK. Individuals are prohibited to apply for a supplier account. Only legal entity has lawful rights to distribute vape products within Vawoo.co.uk.

What documents are needed for the registration?

All vape suppliers or manufacturers planning to supply our website must be included in the list of registered retailers with the UK government and provide documents confirming that products are certified in accordance with MHRA register (EC-ID number for products that is given after MHRA certification).We reserve the right at our sole discretion to request copies of other official documents for verification purposes at any time.

When will be my account activated?

Your account will be activated as soon as your official documents are verified.

I have attached my official documents. Why can’t I start supplying yet?

The procedure of the documents submission is the following: suppliers submit their documents, and it takes up to 5 working days in order to verify the eligibility. Please, be patient until the verification process is finished. We will activate your account only after your documents are successfully verified, you can start supply your products.

Why did my registration fail?

If your registration fails, please check the following:

  • You provided incorrect e-mail address;
  • Your e-mail address has been registered as a member.

Please change another email address to set up your account.

Why did my login fail?

In order to sign in to your account successfully, please ensure the correct registered email address and password. Also check if your keyboard's Caps Lock light is on and make sure there are no extra blank spaces in your password.

If you enter correct e-mail address and password but you are still not able to sign in successfully, please contact our support service by submitting a contact us form and explain your problem. We will try to solve the problem.

How can I change my password?

In order to reset your password, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your supplier account;
  2. Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the top-right corner;
  3. Tape your new password in the fields ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’;
  4. Click ‘Save Changes’ in the top-right corner of the page.
