How can I make an order on Vawoo.co.uk?

In order to buy from Vawoo.co.uk you must register and sign in. You can buy a product by clicking the ADD TO CART or BUY NOW on the product’s page.

You can find out the information about the shipping on this page, including the weight, size, price, delivery price, regulate the quantity of a product and also delete a product.

In order to finish the purchase, please follow the steps bellow:

  1. View your cart by clicking on My Cart in the top right corner → View Cart
  2. Click Proceed to Checkout button.
  3. Complete the 4-steps procedure for checkout.
  4. Finish by clicking SUBMIT MY ORDER.

You can also click BUY NOW to automatically get to the Checkout.

Once your order is successfully completed, an order confirmation email will be send.

NOTE: Be attentive while completing your Shipping and, if necessary, Billing addresses. Provide only legal bank card data. Otherwise, the purchase cannot be completed.

What payment methods are acceptable?

Vawoo.co.uk accepts payments from PayPal payment system.

How can I find out my order status?

Once you place your order at Vawoo.co.uk, you will be automatically notified by email when the order is approved and shipped.

I've just placed an order. When should I expect to be debited?

Your bank card will be debited as soon as you pay for your order. If you still don't see any charge on your credit card/bank statement, please contact our Customer Support filling in the Contact Us Form. Please note, that you have to specify your Order ID while contacting the Customer Support. If you do not have your Order ID, please provide us with full description and information regarding your issue.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived on time, please track it again to make sure your order delivery is still in process. You can also contact us for more information.

You can also apply for a refund request by opening a dispute.

What should I do if my order gets lost in the post?

If you haven’t received your order on time, please contact us. You have a legal right to ask for either a new product or a refund.

I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

If the product you received is damaged, doesn’t correspond to the description or is of a poor quality, please, contact us. You have a legal right to ask for a return or refund.
