This Terms and Conditions page is an agreement between You and Vawoo.co.uk, that governs Your use of the website as a supplier and Your personal supplier account. Individuals are prohibited to apply for a supplier account and supply Vawoo with items. By registering as a supplier and listing Your products from Vawoo.co.uk You agree with the Terms and Conditions established on the website. Please take time to read attentively these Terms and Conditions along with other Policies which govern Your participation and use of our website.

“Terms” means these Terms and Conditions;

“Customer”, “Buyer” mean any person of the legal age(18+) registered on the website as a customer in order to purchase vape products;

“Supplier”, “supplier” mean any vape company registered on the website in order to supply Vawoo with vape products;

“We”, “us”, “our” refer to Vawoo.co.uk, a vape platform specially created for selling and purchasing e-liquids, vape mods, other vape devices and accessories.

“You”, “Your” refer to any person or company supplying Vawoo.co.uk with their products. 

“Users” refers to unauthorized visitors, registered and authorized suppliers and buyers.

“Personal information” means any personal data and details we collect from You and You provide us with.

“Goods” means any vape product placed on the website.

“Website”, “Site” refer to Vawoo.co.uk.

3. LANGUAGE

At the present moment all services and information placed on the platform is available in English language version only. Taking into account the international users of our site, the universal English language version is provided for Your convenience. If there are any changes in languages available on the platform, the information will be immediately posted on this Terms and Conditions page.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1 As a supplier You guarantee and undertake that:

  • 4.1.1 You are of the legal age to supply Vawoo with vape products according to the eligibility law (18+);
  • 4.1.2 You will supply only qualitative, authentic items that correspond to their description;
  • 4.1.3 You will provide true, accurate, current and complete in all respect personal data in order to apply for a supplier account and register as a supplier on the platform. The personal data includes, but is not limited to the following information: company name, email and password, phone number, shipping address (city, country, address, ZIP code). Moreover, in order to gain a full access to the platform, You must provide documents which indicate the certification of your products in accordance with MHRA register (EC-ID number for products that is given after MHRA certification). We reserve the right at our sole discretion to request copies of other official documents for verification purposes at any time. Please note that we require this data in order to provide You with convenient and reliable service on the platform.
  • 4.1.4 You will notify us immediately of any changes to Your personal information;
  • 4.1.5 You will inform us immediately of any suspicious activity on Your account or if Your supplier account was hacked by submitting contact us form;
  • 4.1.6 You will not place any content on Vawoo.co.uk that is illegal or transmit any discriminative, offensive and/or defamatory content, that can infringe the rights of any person, firm, company and cause inconvenience to a third party, or violate any copyrights and trademarks;
  • 4.1.7 You will cooperate only with reliable Postal services and provide qualitative shipping methods to Vawoo customers;
  • 4.1.8 You will not publish on Vawoo.co.uk and suppy us with any vapour products produced and branded by JUUL Labs, Inc. and JUUL Labs UK Holdco Limited without an official permission from JUUL Labs for advertising and offering for supply any products owned by or licensed to JUUL Labs.


4.2 As a supplier registered on Vawoo.co.uk You have right:

  • 4.2.1 To qualify for Supplier Protection Policy;
  • 4.2.2 To claim for advertising tools inside and outside the platform. Find out more information on our Advertising Policy page;
  • 4.2.3 To get feedback from Vawoo.co.uk customers such as ratings and reviews. Your brand reputation within Vawoo.co.uk is safe due to our Feedback system. Only registered customers who have ordered a product from Vawoo can leave a comment or rate any product;

4.3 We reserve the right to:

  • 4.3.1 Update and make changes to our site, Policies, and these Terms at any time. Any changes to this Terms and Condition page will be posted on this website with a date of the last update. It is Your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
  • Please review other policies, such as our Privacy Policy, Vawoo.co.uk Payment Policy, Advertising Policy, Fees & Payments and Shipping & Tracking Policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern Your use of our website;
  • 4.3.2 Remove any content we believe discriminative, illegal or, but not limited to, offensive to any third party;
  • 4.3.3 Disable any account we strongly believe to be hacked, operated by a person under the legal vaping age (18); placing any discriminative, offensive and/or defamatory content;
  • 4.3.4 To resolve disputes and in certain conditions pay refunds to customers;
  • 4.3.5 To disable any products we consider to be fake or unauthentic;
  • 4.3.6 On our sole discretion to deny selling Juul-branded products even if You provide an official permission from JUUL Labs for advertising and offering for supplying any products owned by or licensed to JUUL Labs.
5. PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1 You need a supplier account in order to use our services in full as a supplier. By submitting the registration form You are requested to provide the following data: company name, email and password, phone number and fax (optional), shipping address (city, country, address, ZIP code), EC-ID number for products that are subject to certification (is given after MHRA certification). We reserve the right at our sole discretion to request copies of other official documents for verification purposes at any time. You agree that we may use and process Your Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please visit our Privacy Policy page to fully comprehend how we gather, use and protect Your personal data. Please note that credit card information is always encrypted during transfers over networks;

5.2 Your personal information may be held and used by us in purposes that include, but are not limited to:

  • - administering Your account;
  • - sending You email newsletters;

5.3 You are not allowed to create or use an account for anyone other than Yourself, provide an email address other than Your own, impersonate Yourself;

5.4 You are responsible for all activities that occur in connection with Your account;

5.5 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account;

5.6 We reserve the right, without prior notice, to restrict Your access to or use of certain services, if we strongly believe that Your account is being hacked, offensive to third parties or containing inappropriate information.

6. PRODUCTS

6.1 Vawoo.co.uk is a website accepting vape product only. For this reason we prohibit any other goods than those related with vape.

6.2 All products supplied must correspond to their description and pictures and to be of high quality;

6.3 All products placed on Vawoo.co.uk must comply with deeming vape regulations that take place in the UK;

6.4 You as a supplier must take all necessary measures to make product’s packaging child-proof and include all appropriate warnings and instructions. Neither we, nor You can be responsible for any personal injury arising from failure to use any product as intended or in accordance with the instructions provided with that product;

7. ORDERS

7.1 All goods and services on Vawoo.co.uk are available for individuals who are of the legal age (18+) and who we consider eligible. The eligibility criteria refers to, without limitation, the residents in the UK.

7.2 Once a customer successfully orders a product, You should ship the order during the time period you have indicated in your Shipping method. Please note that You must provide customers with valid tracking numbers as long as You ship the orders;

7.3 Be attentive when sending items to buyers. Make sure You ship an item correctly to the address provided by our customer;

7.4 You on Your sole discretion can choose the shipping services You would like to work with. Make sure You cooperate with reliable postal services. The maximum time for delivery is 60 calendar days. Please note that You must contact the shipping service if the item has not arrived within 60 days or within the determined time by You;

7.5 Once buyers order items from Vawoo.co.uk website, they guarantee that goods are legal in their country or region. Neither Vawoo.co.uk, nor You are responsible for any goods shipped to a country with specific vape regulations or to the countries that restrict the use of vape products.

8. GUARANTEE

The products placed on the platform apply industry- standard 14 day warranty against defects due to manufacturing failure. If a product which is ordered is damaged and/or mis-described, a buyer reserves the right to issue for a refund or exchange within 14 days starting with the date the order was received. Vawoo is also responsible for cases when the order has not arrived within maximum 60 day period. It is Vawoo responsibility to negotiate with a buyer and to help him/her with the problem. If a buyer proves the problem in terms of the Dispute, we may pay him/her a full or partial refund for the order.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Our website and services are open 24 hours, 7 days a week for all users. However, there is a likelihood that we may sometimes accomplish some technical works on our web-site, in order to improve our services. If some works over the platform are planned, we may, but are not obliged to, inform You in advance in order to avoid any misunderstandings and inconvenience;

10.2 We can not warrant that the website will meet Your requirements or will be timely uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We will not be responsible or liable to You for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website. We cannot warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected;

10.3 Vawoo.co.uk is directly responsible for any loss, damage, delay or false delivery of the ordered product;

10.4 The supplier shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the buyer after he/she receives the order;

10.5 Nothing in this Terms shall limit Your rights as a supplier;

10.6 The website may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We reserve the right to make changes periodically and at any time to the website.

10. CONTENT

11.1 Content means all the information placed on the website, including but not limited to texts, images, products and prices, location data and all other forms of data or communication provided by You, buyers or us.

11.2 You guarantee that:

  • 11.2.1 You or otherwise own control of the content, posted in Your supplier account;
  • 11.2.2 The content placed by You is accurate, and the use of the content You supply will not cause injury to any person or entity and does not violate our Terms and Conditions;
  • 11.2.3 You agree that You will not copy, download, distribute, re-publish and sell any services or any content that does not belong to You/ Your company and use it in commercial purpose;
  • 11.2.4 You will not place any content on Your supplier account that is illegal or transmit any discriminating, offensive and/or defamatory content, that can infringe the rights of any person, firm, company and cause inconvenience to a third party, or violate any copyrights and trademarks;

11.3 We can, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove the information or pictures placed by You which we strongly believe to be illegal in some countries, offensive, unlawful, threatening, violating any third party rights;

12. RESTRICTIONS

We will ban Your access to our platform, if You:

  • Violate our website and any of our Policies;
  • Violate any third party's rights, including copyright, discrimination, moral right, privacy right, or any other property or proprietary right;
  • Promote a business or other commercial venture or event, not connected with vape products.
  • Send insulting emails, spam, surveys, or other mass messaging, whether commercial in nature or not;
  • Impersonate Yourself and/or use a bank card that does not belong to You;
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vawoo.co.uk reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, make changes to our site, Policies, and these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website with the date of the last update. It is Your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
