Supplier Protection Policy

Vawoo Supplier Protection Policy (Supplier Protection Program) offers our eligible suppliers safe and secure service in terms of our partnership. It reinforces our commitment to building trust and safety in our network. This Supplier Protection Policy explains the steps you must take in order to be eligible for this program. Please note that Supplier Protection applies only if all of the conditions above are met.

The Supplier Protection Policy is a part of our Terms and Conditions. Please, read our Terms and Conditions for Suppliers as well, in order to fully comprehend your and our responsibilities. To qualify for Supplier Protection, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms and Conditions for Suppliers.

1. SUPPLIER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Suppliers who provide qualitative service and act in accordance with our Terms of Use are considered eligible and are automatically enrolled in our Supplier Protection Program- there is no application process needed. Here are some essential steps you need to comply with to make sure you are covered:

  • 1.1 Keep your reputation in good standing in accordance with and not violating any Policies on Vawoo.co.uk;
  • 1.2 Provide authentic, accurate and qualitative photos and description of the items in order to avoid any inconvenience caused by dissimilarity of expected and received products. It is not sufficient to list against a different edition or product and try to explain this within the item description.
  • 1.3 Work only with reliable shipping companies. Include reasonable and accurate processing times or ship-by dates, provide Vawoo customers with valid track numbers in the shortest time possible; Careful packaging, trackable shipping methods can prevent many claims for damaged items and non-delivery;
  • 1.4 Cooperate with Vawoo.co.uk team when needed to investigate any problem that may come up, promptly provide any information requested by us.
2. GOODS ELIGIBILITY REQUEST

Please follow these steps to make sure goods you supply for Vawoo are covered by Supplier Protection as well:

  • 2.1 Ship the item(s) to the address provided by the customer.
  • 2.2 Ship the item(s) according to the processing time or ship-by date you listed.
  • 2.3 Obtain and keep valid proof of shipping and delivery that includes a tracking code which shows the items route and can be verified online.
  • 2.4 Keep proof of shipping and delivery until the buyer confirms us that the order has been received.

It’s important to note that different shipping companies retain shipping details and make information available online for different amounts of time according to their policies and practices. You should make decisions regarding which shipping companies you use.

3. ITEMS AND TRANSACTIONS NOT ELIGIBLE

While most of items listed on the platform qualify for Supplier Protection Policy, there are some exceptions:

  • 3.1 Items not listed on the platform and/ or sold (or delivered) in person;
  • 3.2 Claims, returns and refunds for items significantly not as described, of low quality.

To ensure that your items are shipped to the appropriate address, provide your shipping services and do not accept any other shipping methods offered from our customer. Fraudulent customers may encourage you to use their shipping services (especially if it is national/regional delivery) since they have the ability to change or re-route their shipping address and then open a dispute saying they did not receive the item.

4. SUPPLIER PROTECTION POLICY BENEFITS

As long as the items you supply satisfy the eligibility requirements along with our Terms and Conditions, Vawoo.co.uk will help you resolve any questions and difficulties you may face. In order to solve the problems we may request additional information from you.
