Delivery and Refund

By registering on our website as a customer and purchasing products placed on it you agree to this Delivery and Refund terms in full.

Refund Due to Non-Delivery

The maximum time for the order delivery is 45 days. The delivery time may depend on, but is not limited to, the destination and /or the postal services. If you haven’t received your order on a determined time, please try the below methods to solve the problem:

  • 1. Track your order again by the tracking number provided to make sure the delivery is still in process.

If you find the tracking number is invalid or there are other problems with the order delivery, please contact us for more shipping information.

  • 2. If your order is still not received within 45 day period or on a determined time by the supplier/postal service, and you do not receive answers to your messages, you can always apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Find out how to open dispute here.

Refund Due to Defected Products

Please test all products for defects after you receive your order and read the product’s information carefully to make sure you use it properly. If there are any problems with the product, which include but are not limited to: product’s defect, product not as described, you have legal right to request for a refund or exchange. Note that you must contact us during the 14 day period to agree on a solution.

If you agree for a refund or if the refund results from dispute process, will pay you back. It may take up to 30 calendar days for a full refund.
