Refund and Return Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  2. Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition when received, and returned in its original packaging. For any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the return may be partially refunded or rejected.
  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  4. Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
