The device is in the form of a cuboid, with decorative cutouts on the edge containing a power supply button. Available in nine colours: rainbow, black, gold, purple, steel, green, blue, red, and black.
On the front side of the boxmode is a colour touch screen, two inches in diameter. There are no physical control buttons on the control board menu, only virtual. The menu is intuitive, with icons of access to basic modes. The back is covered with carbon film and decorated with the Smok logo and the boxmode name.
The face to the left of the screen comprises a rectangular, convex screen lock button at the top. Below it is a hidden button for supplying the voltage to the connector, covered from the top with a plastic key.
The upper platform is equipped with a standard connector for use with 510 format atomizers. On it is also a round cover, with a threaded connection and knurling, designed to access the battery compartment.
Mod can be reset and charged without removing the battery. The port for connection to the computer and charging is at the end of the boxmode.
There are traditional for Smok mechanisms to protect the user from short circuits, overheating devices, and excess battery discharge. The cut-off is standard - 10 seconds. It is possible to adjust the limit of puffs, which will help smokers.
