How to choose the right vaporizer for your e-cigarette.

Usually, for each model of an electronic cigarette, the manufacturer offers several options for evaporators to choose from. Which one is better?

This is a question we often hear from customers. But in fact, there is no “best”, evaporators usually differ in characteristics.

What differences can be in evaporators

Producing various vaporizers for electronic cigarettes, the manufacturer usually provides for their purpose. That is, differences usually affect the final result - vaporization. Someone needs a maximum of steam, others have a better taste, and still others so that the battery discharges more slowly. If you make the right choice, the electronic cigarette will please you longer and tastier.

Spiral or grid

Spiral vaporizers appeared at the dawn of vaping and are considered classics. A new type of evaporators, which appeared in 2018, are mesh evaporators.

The mesh increases the evaporation area and speeds up heating, so it tastes better.

Number of spirals

If you have a choice of evaporators on spirals, then they can have from 1 to 8 spirals. The number of coils can affect both the amount of steam and the flavor transfer.

Generally, increasing the number of coils results in more steam, more fluid consumption and drains the battery faster.

Resistance

Resistance is a physical quantity that is not regulated and does not change (as some people think). The resistance of the evaporator indicates performance. The lower the resistance, the more steam you will usually get.

It is also worth understanding that by resistance you can understand the type of evaporator:

1.0.1-0.3 Ohm - hookah traction with abundant vaporization

2.0.3-0.5 Ohm - medium hookah draw

3.0.6 -1.0 Ohm - free cigarette

4.1.0-1.8 Ohm - tight cigarette cravings.

Working power

Together with the resistance, the manufacturer also engraves the operating power on the evaporator body. Usually this is an interval, for example from 25 to 55 watts. Or working power 25-55W, 35 to 45W is better.

This is to give you an idea of what is the best range to regulate so that the evaporator does not overheat and burn out too quickly.

So what to choose?

The choice of evaporator depends on the end goals. Usually evaporators with similar resistance give about the same performance.

We recommend that you pay attention to the following indicators in the first place:

1. Spiral or grid (it is better to take evaporators on a grid, they are tastier)

2. Resistance - lower resistance, more steam, more liquid flow. (For example, a 0.2 ohm coil will produce more vapor than 0.5 ohm)

For more steam, you should choose evaporators with lower resistance and higher working power.

For the best taste, choose mesh vaporizers.

To reduce fluid and battery consumption, choose coils with higher resistance.

How to extend the life of the evaporator?

The average service life of any evaporator is from 2 to 4 weeks. But this period can be significantly reduced due to incorrect start-up, e-liquid and settings can also affect.

The first start-up of a new evaporator should consist of the following steps:

1. Unscrew the atomizer and pull out the evaporator (if it is already installed)

2. Drop a few drops of liquid into the evaporator

3. Collect everything back

4.Fill the tank full.

If everything is done according to the algorithm, the cotton wool in the evaporator will not be able to burn during the first start.

How to extend the life of the vaporizer:

1.Use a quality fluid with the correct VG/PG ratio

2. Do not allow the liquid level in the tank to fall below the liquid intake holes.

3. The puff should always be strong enough to cool the evaporator well

4. Use only the recommended power (recommended is indicated on the evaporator body)

5.Always turn off the device before storing it.
