Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to your participation in the Affiliate program offered by Vawoo.co.uk. The Affiliate program(Program) allows you (the Affiliate) to promote Vawoo.co.uk and services on your website or elsewhere and receive commission for effective promotion described in the following Terms.

1. Definitions

AFFILIATE- site owner (an individual or business) who promotes products or service in return for payment once an action has been completed (You).

SUPPLIER- a company who has a product or service to advertise (We, VAWOO, Vawoo.co.uk).

BANNER- graphic advertisement of various sizes.

LINK- banners, buttons, text links, product feeds or any graphical content that Affiliates can use to promote the services of a supplier.

COMMISSION(S) - an amount of money paid to the Affiliate by the supplier for successful advertising results. We pay you a percent from a purchase made by the user you referred to our website.

COOKIE - a small piece of a browsing data stored in any user’s computer while the user is browsing.

REFERRAL- when a user visits a supplier website as a result of Affiliate Program/ advertising.

IMPRESSION- when the advertising content (banner) is viewed by the users.

AFFILIATE AREA- a website, forum or any other web

2. Participation in the affiliate program

The Affiliate Program of Vawoo.co.uk is free to join, easy to sign-up and requires minimum technical knowledge. It is additional way to profit from your website.

In order to participate in this Program you need to register on the website and to select the appropriate account type ‘Affiliate’. Please note that you must present some required information about you. You must first be approved by us to become an Affiliate. Your application may be rejected if we determine you are not suitable for the Program.

THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF SITES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO APPLY FOR OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM AND TO PARTICIPATE IN IT: SITES THAT PROMOTE VIOLENCE, DISCRIMINATION, INTOLERANCE, SITES WITH ADULT CONTENT AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY including, but not limited to WAREZ, TERRORISM ENCOURAGEMENT, VIOLENCE PROMOTION.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully to fully comprehend how the Affiliate Program works.

3. Creating your affiliate account

In order to become a part of our Affiliate Program you must create your personal Affiliate account. You need to choose account type Affiliate and to fill in the mandatory fields: email address, password, contact information and payment information. Please provide valid personal data.

4. Your responsibilities

As a Vawoo.co.uk Affiliate you agree and promise that:

4.1 You are the one responsible for providing us with full and correct data including, but not limited to: contact details, the website URL(s) where Vawoo.co.uk will be promoted, the number of visits to your website and the frequency of such visits, payment data and any other information we may require from you. Failure to provide accurate data requested may result in termination of our Affiliate relationships and loss of any commissions.

4.2 The website you operate and that is used as an Affiliate for our platform does not contain any information or content that is illegal, transmit any discriminating, offensive and/or defamatory content that can violate or infringe the rights of any person, firm or company and cause inconvenience to a third party;

4.3 Your website will act in a good way to have a good reputation and will not result in a potential revenue loss of Vawoo.co.uk;

4.4 You will not copy, modify or remove any content including, but not limited to banners, product data, photos, texts and other information placed on Vawoo.co.uk without prior approval from us. You will use for Affiliate advertising only the content we provide to you;

4.5 You will not generate any SEO/spam links building techniques in order to generate more false referrals to our platform;

4.6 You should be respectful to Vawoo.co.uk so as to these Terms and shall not damage our website reputation;

4.7 Your participation in the Program will not violate any applicable laws, rules, regulations, permits, industry standards, judgments, decisions, or other requirements of any applicable governmental authority (including all such rules governing communications and marketing);

If we notice any activities of you/ your website that violate these Terms, or if you do not follow or respect your responsibilities mentioned above, we reserve the right to suspend or even terminate our partnership and cancel any commission payment.

5. Affiliate advertising rules

5.1 When joining the Affiliate program of Vawoo.co.uk and starting advertising our vape platform, you should use only promotional materials we provide to you. Any other content placed on your Affiliate Area about us without our prior notice or our consent violates our copyrights. Approved advertising materials may include the following, but is not limited to: Vawoo.co.uk business name, URL, banners, logos for display on your Affiliate Area/ website.

5.2 In terms of the Affiliate program, you guarantee to provide Vawoo.co.uk with visitors to our website.

5.3 Inappropriate ways of advertising includes, but are not limited to:

  • 5.3.1 Using any illegal and inappropriate methods of advertising, including but not limited to: spam advertising, unbidden e-mails, unauthorized content placing in groups, forums, etc;
  • 5.3.2 Using our advertising content in a way that can negatively affect our name and reputation;
  • 5.3.3 Offering discounts, sales, coupon codes, cash back, rewards or any other financial benefits concerning the use and/or services of our website without our prior notice or approval;
  • 5.3.4 Placing illegal, obscene, pornographic material or any other material that may injure any other company/ person and/or badly influence our reputation. It includes, but is not limited to: offensive and discriminating content, pornographic or any other content of adult nature;
  • 5.3.5 Your domain/ company name and logo must not contain words and phrases that are similar to Vawoo.co.uk domain name, URL, trademark, so as any other keywords that are confusingly similar to third-party names, domains, logos, etc.
6. Affiliate commission payment

By joining the Affiliate program of Vawoo.co.uk you agree that we do not pay commissions per clicks or impressions. You will earn 50% of VAWOO revenue from orders made by customers you referred to the website.

6.1 The purchase is valid according to the Program if, but not limited to:

  • 6.1.1 The purchase of any product placed on Vawoo.co.uk was a result of your active referral efforts. Once the cookie indicates you as the last Affiliate who referred potential customers to our website, and made them register and buy a product(s) from Vawoo.co.uk, the 50% of our revenue are paid to you according to affiliate payment policies.
  • 6.1.2 The customer you referred has not used our services before and/or is not registered on the platform.
  • 6.1.3 The customer registered on Vawoo.co.uk and ordered products from the website without your assistance, pressure or blackmail in order to obtain the commission.

6.2 Vawoo.co.uk is obliged to pay all Affiliate commissions based on the percent and currency agreed. If you accept the currency other than United Kingdom Pounds, we will convert the commission at an exchange rate that we or our bank determine. We will pay you commissions in a payment method that you choose from the payment options that are available on our website. Please note, that at the present moment Vawoo.co.uk supports only Visa and MasterCard. If there are more payment methods available on the website, we will preliminarily inform you.
Any commissions earned for valid sales will be allocated on your personal Affiliate account. Minimum withdrawal balance is £20 (UK Pounds). Payment for your Affiliate services can be withdrawn once in 2 weeks. Withdrawal requests will be processed on Fridays.
Please note that commission goes to your account only after the customer you referred to our website makes the purchase from our website and receives the order.

6.3 To ensure proper payment, you are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact and payment information through Vawoo.co.uk. You are the only responsible for keeping all your information up to date including your name, payment information and any other personal information that will impact our ability to process a commission payout. We will accomplish commission payouts only if we have all required details.
You are strongly advised to inform us about any changes to your contact and payment information in order to insure convenient participation.

6.4 We may suspend commission payout for any period if we suspect inappropriate activity or any other behavior that violates our Terms.

7. Cookies

We track the customers referred from your Affiliate Area using HTTP Cookies. The Cookie is a small piece of a browsing data stored in any user’s computer while the user is browsing.

If the browser Cookie shows that the last user activity was registered on your website before he/she visits Vawoo.co.uk, the user is considered as a referred customer from your Affiliate area. The user’s cookie is stored for 30 days. Only if the user registers on the platform and purchases from it, you will receive the commissions.

Please note that Vawoo.co.uk is not responsible for any user referred from your Affiliate area using Private browsing. While accessing the Internet in Private browser window no Cookies are saved by the browser which makes impossible for us to understand the customer is referred from your Affiliate area.

Moreover, we are not responsible for Cookies intentionally deleted by the customers.

8. Eligibility

Vawoo.co.uk requires age verification in order to use and purchase any vape products placed on the platform. We do not sell products to minors and anyone above 18 years of age. It follows that any user referred from your Affiliate area is considered valid only if he/she is of the legal smoking age.

In order to become an Affiliate partner with us you should be over the age of 18 as well.

9. Limitation of liability

PLEASE NOTE AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT HOLD US, OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS, CUSTOMERS, EMPLOYEES, OTHER AFFILIATES OR ANY THIRD PARTY LINKS RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, YOUR REVENUE LOSS, FOR LOST PROFITS, COST SAVINGS, WEBSITE TRAFFIC, DATA OR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR BUSINESS/ WEBSITE.

You agree that Vawoo.co.uk is not responsible or liable as a result of Your placement of authorized links from Your Affiliate Area, and You as well as the Supplier, conjunctly and severally agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vawoo.co.uk and its affiliates, business partners, customers and employees from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries or expenses directly or indirectly arising from any offer related to this Agreement.

Data privacy

You assure that in terms of this Affiliate Program and our partnership, You, the Affiliate, may have access to confidential and proprietary information that belongs to our Website. By participating in our Program you warrant that you will not place for advertising or disclose any personal information without our prior notice or approval.

Vawoo.co.uk values the privacy of users, subscribers, publishers, members, and others who visit and use the website. We acknowledge and agree that all the personal and payment information you provide to us at all times will be exclusively owned by us and will remain confidential.

Vawoo.co.uk acknowledges not to disclose or disseminate the confidential information including, but not limited to your personal data and payment information without Your prior consent. Any information we receive is used solely for tracking and commission payment purposes.

1. Affiliate content placement

As an Affiliate of Vawoo.co.uk you will be provided with a special content, link and other data about our website. Please note that you are not allowed to place any content other than those we provide to you.

You can place our Suppliers banners anywhere on your website as you see fit.

2. Termination of the affiliate partnership

The Affiliate Partnership will be terminated by us without prior notice if, in its sole discretion, Vawoo.co.uk determines that the Affiliate has violated any of these rules of Agreement or has committed any or all of the following forbidden actions.

No Vawoo.co.uk link or referral shall be placed on any page which contains the following content that:

  • - promotes discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion;
  • - promotes illegal activities including, but not limited to, violating people or property, terrorism, piracy or treason;
  • - abets sexual abuse or exploitation of children or minors;

No outstanding commission payments will be due if we terminate our Affiliate Partnership because of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

If we determine to end the Partnership on the reason other than the above mentioned, we will inform you in advance and will pay all referral commissions.

The Affiliate can terminate the Partnership at any time, with or without any reason, giving us a prior notice.

If the Affiliate partnership is terminated by any reason, at the discretion of you or us, the Affiliate (you) is obliged to remove any Vawoo.co.uk related content within 1 business day. You have no right to use our banners, URL, logo or any other advertising content and must forgo any other activities which may directly or indirectly damage the reputation of Vawoo.co.uk. We will no longer track the sales associated with the affiliate and you will not qualify for future affiliate commissions.

3. Changes to these terms and conditions

Vawoo.co.uk reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we change some information to our Terms of the Affiliate Program we will provide you notice of these changes by sending you an e-mail, post a notice in this Terms and Conditions page or update the “Last Updated” date above. Modifications may include any changes in payment methods, commission fees, program eligibility and other. Please check this page periodically in order to be informed of those changes.

If you do not agree to these Terms or to any changes of these Terms that may occur in the future, you must terminate the Affiliate Partnership or not apply for participation at all.

4. Affiliate program for Vawoo.co.uk customers

As a Vawoo.co.uk customer you can also apply for our Affiliate Program. The Affiliate program for Vawoo.co.uk customers differs from that for websites.

In terms of our Affiliate partnership we will provide you with your personal link referring Internet users to our Website. Each link will permit recipients to navigate directly to a page of Vawoo.co.uk. If the user you referred to the platform using the referral link registers and purchases from Vawoo.co.uk, you automatically receive 50% of Vawoo.co.uk revenue from orders made by customers you referred to the website.

As Vawoo.co.uk uses browsing Cookies the user shouldn’t access the link shared by you in Private mode.

Please note that the potential customer referred to our Website has to be of the legal age for vape (18+).
