For successful shipping you must correctly enter your personal data, including your first and last names, e-mail, phone number, country, address, zip code. Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations.

Delivery price

The cost of delivery is displayed on the product’s page. The delivery cost is determined by the Postal Services. Vawoo.co.uk is not responsible for delivery costs.

The delivery cost directly depends on the shipping destination, your order weight, and shipping methods.

• The delivery price may vary from free shipping to a specific sum taking into account shipping distance. If you cannot order an item, it means that the shipping is not available to your country. 
• If free shipping option is not provided, the delivery price may depend on the product’s weigh and quantity as well. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items can be weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. The shipping price can either be raised or reduced if the number of the products ordered exceeds the specific number established, or/and if the products’ weight is beyond the norm determined by the shipping method.

Please note that all matters related to the international shipping must be handled with your countries postal service directly.

Tracking

After you pay for your order and, if necessary, for delivery, the Shipping & Tracking procedure starts. It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 5 business days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please contact us.

After the supplier ships your order, the specific tracking number will appear. You can track your order on the shipping company's website with the tracking number provided. If your order stops tracking, you must immediately contact us and find out the problem.

Delivery Time

Note: When ordering from Vawoo.co.uk you're responsible for assuring the product(s) can be lawfully imported to the destination country and that they comply with the local laws. Neither we nor the supplier will be responsible for products which are stopped at customs or which do not meet the legislation which applies in your country.

Try to be vigilant on the day your package is supposed to be delivered! If there is any problem occurred on your country custom, call your local Post Office immediately and ask to speak to the Delivery Supervisor! Unfortunately these errors are out of our and supplier's control and Vawoo.co.uk cannot be held liable for any shipment that is late, lost or damaged by Postal Service.
