I naturally trust what is written and with Vawoo I think it has always been like this - you expect the parcel on Thursday and it arrives on Thursday and sometimes even Wednesday. But this time I felt a bit down because it was getting too late for it to arrive and it wasn't here still. So it was delayed big time. I hope this never happens again.

I do not mind a insignificant delay but I do mind the box not showing up at all! Disappointed it has happened to me. I don't know who has signed for my box but I never got it. Good that Vawoo handled it well, got my refund and everything but...
